We are very excited for our 2nd cohort to take part in the upcoming Pitch Final, which is set to take place next week on Thursday the 28th Nov.

Hosted at the Bega Valley Civic Centre, we invite you to join us for this exclusive preview event to see what our amazing startups have been learning during our program.

How to develop leadership for continuous change:

Run by Brad Twynham, this workshop explores how to be an adaptive leader with an open mind. Broken into two sessions, the first hour will cover how to develop adaptive leadership skills and keep up with continuous change with the second hour exploring how to practice radical open-mindedness. Join us to learn about:

• The meta-trends that are speeding up the rate of change.
• The emergence of AQ (Adaptability Quotient) as the key determinant of success in an environment of continuous change.
• The 3 Core Soft Skills required to develop an adaptable mindset.
• What Radical Open-Mindedness is
• How we can retrain our brain to re-route new and uncomfortable ideas
• A simple three-step process to develop Radical Open-Mindedness within yourself and your clients

Run by Zachary Sequoia, this workshop has been specially created for early-stage startups, intrapreneurs and social entrepreneurs to help refine and test business ideas before taking them to market.
